Niels Haagsman

Niels Haagsman is a senior IT professional currently serving as the Senior Director of IT PMO and Employee Experience, CIO Chief of Staff at Marvell Technology since August 2023. Previously, Niels led the US West Coast Business Transformation Advisory team at CrossCountry Consulting, focusing on optimizing business operations through organizational, process, and technology recommendations. Niels also held several roles at PwC, including Director of M&A Consulting and Senior Manager in M&A Advisory, specializing in IT due diligence and integration. Niels began a career in consulting at PwC Nederland, advancing from Analyst to Manager in IT Strategy. Niels holds a Master's degree in Information Management from Tilburg University and additional certification in Production & Inventory Management from APICS.
