Shawn Crowley

Shawn Crowley is a seasoned recruiter with extensive experience in university recruiting across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior University Recruiter at Marvell Technology since January 2022, Shawn focuses on hiring interns for the Summer Internship Program while supporting locations on the East Coast from the Midwest. Prior roles include Campus Recruiter at Cognosante, where Shawn led the design and selection of the Summer Analyst program, and University Recruiter for Paragon Bioservices during a pivotal merger. Starting as a College Recruiter at GEICO after multiple promotions, Shawn has a strong foundation in recruitment, complemented by earlier experience in community support and marketing. Shawn holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Hawaii Pacific University.
