Tom Drabenstott

Tom Drabenstott is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in digital IC design and microarchitecture. Currently, Tom serves as a Principal Engineer focusing on AI Accelerator Microarchitecture at Tenstorrent Inc. since September 2023. Prior roles include Principal Engineer and Senior Staff Engineer at Marvell Technology from February 2019, and Senior Staff Engineer at Qualcomm for nearly 15 years. Tom's career also encompasses positions at Infineon, Vitesse Semiconductor, Orologic Inc., NEC Electronics, Billions of Operations Per Second (BOPS), Intel, and IBM. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Northwestern University and a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from North Carolina State University.
