Currently serving as the Director of Facilities at Marvin Engineering Company since March 2018, Dubois has held progressive roles including Senior Facilities Manager and Facility Project Manager. Previously, at Honda R&D Americas, Inc. from 2008 to 2017, Dubois advanced to Sr. Facilities Coordinator, driving significant improvements in project execution and key performance indicators through Lean methodologies. Earlier experience includes prominent positions at Apw Enclosure Systems Inc. (2000-2007) and Hamilton Sundstrand (1984-2000), where Dubois emphasized Lean strategies, optimization of facilities and equipment management, and the development of critical engineering solutions for aerospace applications.
