Ramona Bontemps NPD-BC has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Ramona began their career in 2007 as a Manager of Clinical Education at MultiCare Health System. Ramona held this role until 2013 when they transitioned to the position of Director of Accreditation and Policies Quality Management. In 2020, they joined MultiCare and Mary Bridge Children's Hospital as the Director of Ambulatory Clinical Education and Professional Practice. Ramona continues to hold this role presently.

Ramona completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Pacific Lutheran University between the years 1985 and 1989.

Furthermore, Ramona has obtained additional certification in the field of nursing. Ramona is Board Certified in Nursing Professional Development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center, which they achieved in October 2021.
