Alicia L. Hubbard is an experienced HR leader with a strong background in strategic human resource management across various industries. Currently serving as the Europe and LATAM Region HR Lead for Mary Kay Inc. since April 2012, Alicia oversees HR operations in these regions. Previous roles include Senior Director/VP of HR Consulting at Levi Strauss & Co., and significant positions at Gap Inc., where Alicia directed HR for corporate functions as well as field operations for Banana Republic. Additional experience includes serving as Vice President of Human Resources at The Solae Company, Senior Director of Human Resources at Monsanto, and Director of Human Resources at PepsiCo. Alicia began a career in HR at Unisys. An alumnus of California State University-Long Beach, Alicia holds a BS in Human Resources and has furthered education through the Cornell Executive Development Program.
