Robert T. Hutchens

Robert T. Hutchens is an experienced professional in human resources and education, currently serving as an Online Adjunct Faculty for Human Resources Management at Southern New Hampshire University since March 2023. With a long-standing career at Maryhurst since September 2016, Robert holds multiple leadership roles, including Director of Employee Relations and Director of Human Resources, Engagement. Additional teaching experience includes positions as an Adjunct Professor at Indiana Tech, covering various subjects in management and business ethics, and as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Sullivan University. Robert has a strong background in operations management from roles such as Operations Supervisor at Trover Solutions and casualty claims management at Westfield Group. Academically, Robert holds a PhD in Management from Sullivan University and an MBA, along with a BBA in Marketing from the University of Kentucky.
