John Rhodes

John Rhodes has extensive experience in technology services and audiovisual support within educational and artistic environments. As the Director of Technology Services at the Maryland Institute College of Art since 1995, John oversees departmental operations, manages budgets, and collaborates with various stakeholders to enhance classroom technology. Prior to this role, John served as the Photography Department Equipment Supervisor, where responsibilities included managing photography equipment for students and supervising staff. Additional experience includes providing audiovisual services for notable clients such as the Walters Art Gallery and working as a Sales Associate at Abbey Camera, offering expert advice on professional photography equipment. John holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography from the Maryland Institute College of Art.
