T. Lynn Sperring

T. Lynn Sperring, LPC, currently serves as the Executive Director of Career Development at the Maryland Institute College of Art since August 2023. Previously, T. Lynn held the position of Director of Career Services at Columbus College of Art & Design from August 2013 to August 2023, where responsibilities included supervising staff, administering career outcomes surveys, managing the departmental budget, and organizing career fairs and art sales events. Earlier experience includes roles as a Career Counselor at Savannah College of Art and Design, Office Manager at Assist 2 Sell, Executive Assistant at ERA Kelly and Fischer Real Estate, and a Physical Science Teacher at the NYC Department of Education. T. Lynn holds a Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Argosy University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University at Buffalo.
