Hien Pham currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Masan Consumer Holdings since January 2022. Prior to this role, Hien was the Head of HRBP for Customer Development and T&P Major at Unilever from March 2019 to January 2022, where responsibilities included developing HR agendas aligned with business strategies and fostering a high-performance culture. Hien also held leadership positions in various companies, including First Solar, PREMIER OIL PLC, Fujitsu, and Lam Research, focusing on talent management, change management, and employee relations. Hien's educational credentials include an OTHM Level 7 in Strategic Management and Leadership, an MBA from the Swiss Institute of Management and Innovation, a Bachelor's in International Economics from Foreign Trade University, and a Bachelor's in Foreign Language - English from Can Tho University.
