Dacia Crum

Dacia Crum is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and data privacy. Currently serving as Corporate Counsel at Masco Corporation since September 2017, Dacia manages commercial matters for the architectural coatings subsidiary and leads a legal team focused on data privacy and cybersecurity across multiple regions, including the Americas, EU, and Asia. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Corporate Counsel and Assistant Secretary at Libbey, where Dacia oversaw commercial and supply chain matters for the EMEA and Asia Pacific regions and co-managed the data privacy program. Earlier experience as a Commercial Litigation Associate at Ulmer & Berne LLP involved litigating various disputes in state and federal court, earning recognition as a 2014 Ohio Super Lawyers® Rising Star. Dacia holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from the University of Michigan.
