Arun Shriram Yadav

Arun Shriram Yadav is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and technology within the banking and finance sectors. Currently serving as the Country Head of Operations and Technology at Mashreq Bank since September 2018, Arun previously held the position of Vice President of Operations at Citigroup Transaction Services Malaysia, overseeing regional KYC operations. Arun's career also includes significant roles at Citigroup Services India Private Limited, where responsibilities included India Trade Operations, and Citibank, where Arun headed Corporate Branch Operations in Gurgaon and Jaipur. Notably, Arun has a strong background in process improvement and cost reduction, demonstrated through prior roles at Genpact India and Cummins India Limited. Arun holds a PGDM in Finance from S P Jain Center of Management and a BE in Mechanical Engineering from Maharashtra Institute of Technology.
