Hasnain Raza

Hasnain Raza is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as Senior Vice President for Real Estate Finance, Structuring & Advisory at Mashreq since April 2024, with responsibilities including unit head for UAE, KSA, and Asia, as well as leading structuring and advisory efforts. Prior to this role, Hasnain held various positions at HSBC from October 2014 to April 2024, notably as Head of Real Estate Banking UAE and Director in CMBO, focusing on real estate coverage, structuring, and financing across the MENAT region. Earlier career experiences include roles at First Abu Dhabi Bank in project finance, Deutsche Bank in corporate banking, and NIB Bank Limited in corporate and investment banking. Hasnain holds a degree in Real Estate Economics and Finance from The London School of Economics and a BSc in Economics and Mathematics from Lahore University of Management Sciences.
