A veteran Human Resources professional, Sam joined Masonicare in September 2008 as a recruiter. In 14 years of progressively responsible experience with Masonicare, her duties have expanded to include oversight of all recruiting for the organization. Most recently, she also directed a complete restructuring of Masonicare’s new hire orientation program.
Sam understands the essential role that employee relations play in building a culture based on accountability and shared values. This, along with her familiarity with Masonicare and existing relationships with other senior leaders, will serve her well in this new position.
