Mass Audubon
Nia Keith is an experienced professional who has held various leadership roles in the field of education and environmental studies. Currently serving as the Vice President for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, & Justice at Mass Audubon, they are responsible for advancing the organization's DEIJ strategy. Nia is also the Co-Founder of POCIE, a professional organization for BIPOC individuals in the environmental field. Their background includes roles such as Statewide Climate Change Education Manager and Director of Professional Development at the Museum of Science. Nia holds a Master of Science in Environmental Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Women's Studies.
