Adrienne Allen, MD, MPH, currently serves as the Medical Director of Value Based Care Transformation for Mass General Brigham and is the Founder of Gesundheit Partners LLC, a digital mental health platform focused on psych-education and peer support. Previously, Adrienne held the position of Senior Medical Director of Quality, Safety, and Sustainability at North Shore Physicians Group, where initiatives included the Population Health and Chronic Disease Program. Additional experience includes roles at CRICO as Associate Medical Director of Primary Care, and positions at Partners HealthCare and Atrius Health, contributing to quality improvement and risk management in healthcare systems. Adrienne earned an MPH in Clinical Effectiveness from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, an MD from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry, and a BA in Sociology from Boston College.
