Jay's career began at Harvard University, where a long tenure from March 1990 to April 2012 included titles such as Senior Director of Operations, Director of Energy, Sustainability & Infrastructure, and Director of Infrastructure & Operations, as well as serving as a Student Advisor. Jay's educational background includes a CSS in Real Estate Development from Suffolk University, completed in 2016, and participation in the Society for Information Management Regional Leadership Forum at Babson College in 2001.
