Rebecca Davis currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at the Massachusetts Competitive Partnership since September 2021 and is a Founding Board Member of the Mass Mobility Hub starting November 2023. Previously, Rebecca held various roles at the Metropolitan Area Planning Council from 2008 to August 2021, including Deputy Director, Director of Government Affairs and Clean Energy, and Manager of Government Affairs. In 2010, Rebecca worked as Campaign Manager for O'Leary for Congress and served as Legislative Director for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts from September 2004 to August 2008. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy from Brown University, awarded in 2003.
