Dennis Soares

Dennis Soares is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in capital planning, financial analysis, and incentive compensation. Currently serving as the Director of Railroad Capital Planning and Finance at MBTA and as a Board Member/Treasurer for the Mount Hope Community Center, Dennis focuses on promoting health equity and community development. Previously, Dennis held several key positions at Lincoln Financial Group, including Director of Sales Incentive Compensation Modeling and Analysis and Director of Group Protection Broker Segmentation Strategy, delivering significant insights and strategies that enhanced sales and client retention. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Liberty Mutual Insurance, Fidelity Investments, Boeing Satellite Systems, Charles Schwab, and Moody's Investor Services. Dennis holds a BS in Finance from St. John's University and an MBA in Finance from the USC Marshall School of Business.
