Ryan Lacy

Ryan Lacy is a Senior Application Engineer and Lead Mechanical Engineer at MMT since January 2019. Prior to this role, Ryan served as the ADMS Lab Supervisor and Research Assistant at Boston University from September 2011 to January 2019, overseeing equipment upgrades, supervising student projects, and conducting research on plasma spray process coatings. Earlier experience includes working as an Engineering Assistant at Cyber Materials, where Ryan contributed to sensor development for plasma spray, and as an Equipment Engineering Intern at Metrolink, focusing on locomotive repair analysis and purchasing strategies. Ryan holds an MBA and a Master of Science in Manufacturing Engineering and Mechanical Engineering from Boston University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution.
