Amanda Gregoire

VP, Real Estate at MassDevelopment

Amanda Gregoire, AICP, currently serves as the Director of Site Planning at MassDevelopment since March 2020 and previously held the position of Vice President of Real Estate Services. Prior to this, Amanda worked for the City of Worcester from February 2012 to March 2020, first as a Senior Project Manager overseeing large-scale projects and subsequently as a Project Manager responsible for significant urban initiatives. Amanda’s earlier career includes roles as a paralegal and research assistant, demonstrating a diverse background in project management and community engagement. Amanda holds a Master's degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and American History from Clark University.
