Conor joined MassDevelopment in 2023 and serves on the Executive Team as the Deputy Chief of Staff. Prior to joining MassDevelopment, Conor was the Deputy Chief Secretary and Director of Personnel in the Office of Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker. He served as an advisor to Governor Baker and Lt. Governor Polito on personnel matters within the executive branch workforce, as well all gubernatorial appointments to state boards and commissions. Before joining the Governor’s Office, he worked at Public Consulting Group (PCG) as a Business Analyst assisting state governments improve business processes and ensure compliance with federal regulations. Conor holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Bridgewater State University.
