Douglas Robinson is an experienced professional in government relations, marketing, and nonprofit management, currently serving as the Director of Government Relations at MassDevelopment since February 2018. Robinson co-founded The LiftEd Project, a New York-based nonprofit dedicated to funding children's education and healthcare initiatives, and held various roles at Blueday, Inc., including Director of Marketing and Business Development. Previous positions include Finance Director and Deputy Finance Director for a United States Senate Campaign, as well as Fundraiser Programs Director for a Massachusetts Gubernatorial Campaign. Robinson began the career as a Marketing Analyst at Blueday, Inc. and gained early experience through internships at The Audax Group and Heritage Property Investment Trust. Educationally, Robinson holds a BA in Economics, English, and Film from Vanderbilt University and has studied at the University of Melbourne.
