MassDevelopment
Larry joined MassDevelopment in 2011 as the Utilities Financial Analyst for the Devens Utilities Department. Larry's initial responsibility was to bring billing for Devens' gas and electric customers in-house. Larry spent 27 years at Colonial Gas in Lowell, Massachusetts until a merger with Boston Gas in 1998. During the next several years, Larry found the time to hike over 2,000 miles of the Appalachian Trail and accepted an assignment as an independent software developer with S3 Development of Nashua, New Hampshire. The assignment was to develop a software application for the then Fall River Gas Company to allow them to track/bill customers, from the supply side through billing, who took advantage of the newly created unbundling of gas supply in Massachusetts. Larry holds a BS degree in Plastics Technology from Lowell Technological Institute.
