Mark Cohen

Utilities Program Manager Water & Wastewater at MassDevelopment

Mark joined MassDevelopment in 2003 and serves as the Program Manager for Water and Wastewater for the Devens Utilities Department. Mark oversees water and wastewater operations at Devens. Prior to joining MassDevelopment, Mark gained experience as a Project Manager working on a variety of engineering projects for the Massachusetts Water Resources Authority, and as a Project Engineer for Black & Veatch working on projects, including several related to the cleanup of Boston Harbor. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from UMass Amherst and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Boston University.
