Peter joined mass development in 2020 as a maintenance craftsman taking care of maintaining the buildings, roads, and grounds. Some of his primary roles include plowing snow, mowing, tree care, fertilizer applications, running heavy equipment, cleaning and repairing catch basins, and sweeping roads. Peter graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology in 2008 from Fitchburg State University. Peter then went on to start his own Tree and Landscape company that he still operates part-time today.
