Maintenance Specialist at MassDevelopment

Quintin joined Mass Development in 1996 as the vehicle and equipment mechanic and operator. He is responsible for the maintenance and operation of all equipment and vehicles at the Devens Department of Public Works & Recreation, Devens Fire Department, and State Police in Devens. Quintin is also responsible for welding, metal fabrication, mowing, snow removal, street sweeping, paving, and any necessary grounds maintenance. He also served as Foreman of the DPW from 2010 to 2015. Prior to joining Mass Development, Quintin served in the U.S. Army from 1985 to 1996. During his enlistment, Quintin achieved the rank of Sergeant, and he is a Veteran of the Gulf War. Quintin holds a Class A CDL, a Hoisting License, and multiple civilian and military training certificates.
