Rob Dolan

VP, Investment Banking at MassDevelopment

Rob joined MassDevelopment in 2018 and is a member of the Agency's Investment Banking Team. Rob's focus is on working with municipalities, developers, and other stakeholders on finding innovative financing solutions for their public infrastructure needs. Rob is also a member of the team that administers the Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) program, which finances energy improvements on commercial and industrial buildings, multifamily properties with five or more units, and buildings owned by nonprofits. Rob has over 18 years of experience in public finance and is adept at treasury and debt management, financial analysis, investor and credit rating agency relations, strategic planning, and policy development. Rob resides in Easton with his wife Kate, and their three sons, Patrick, Brendan, and Andrew.
