Robert Jenkins

SVP, Real Estate Development at MassDevelopment

Robert joined MassDevelopment in 2022 and serves as the Senior Vice President of Real Estate Development. He has extensive experience managing affordable housing developments through design, planning, and construction. In 2013, Robert was named the Executive Director of the Brockton Redevelopment Authority after previously serving as the organization's Director of Housing since 2009. His prior experience also includes time as a Project Manager for Dorchester Bay Economic Development Corporation, specifically working in Boston's Upham's Corner neighborhood on the Dudley Village North and Dudley Village South developments. Additionally, Robert spent time managing and directing Massachusetts Community Development Corporation's Urban Initiative Fund, which provided loans and technical assistance to minority- and women-owned small businesses in eight Gateway Cities. Robert holds an MBA from Curry College and a Bachelor of Science from Northeastern University.
