Assistant Development Manager at MassDevelopment

Shayvonne joined MassDevelopment in 2022 and serves as the Assistant Development Manager in the Real Estate division. In this role, Shayvonne provides support to staff within the development department; as well as the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Underutilized Properties Program (UPP) program managers in coordinating with other state agencies, reviewing applications, and administering grants. Prior to joining MassDevelopment, Shayvonne gained experience as the Director of Community Services with Springfield Partners for Community Action, Inc. where she wrote grants and managed Community Service Block Grants (CSBG), she also gained Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) management skills and reuse planning experience as the Brownfield Redevelopment Coordinator and Senior Project Manager with the City of Springfields Office of Planning and Economic Development. Shayvonne holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from The Lady of the Elms College.
