Tonya came to MassDevelopment when HEFA merged with the Agency in 2010 where she worked for 10 years as the Marketing Coordinator. Tonya is the Community Investment Program Administrator where she coordinates the Community Health Center grant program distributes grants of up to $50,000 and prepares timelines, sends notice of grant rounds, compiles responses, coordinates the internal review committee, participates as a member of the committee, consolidating of scores, communicate with grantees and present to Board, manage responses to awardees and manage closings and disbursements of individual grants including transmittal information to portfolio group. She also works closely with the Community Investment Officers and the Culture Facilities Portfolio Group. Tonya received a certificate in Business Administration from Boston Business School.
