Andrew Moore

Andrew Moore is a seasoned financial services professional with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Capstone Partners Financial and Insurance Services since September 2011, Andrew has also held a long-standing position as General Agent at MassMutual Financial Group since April 1991, where recognition includes multiple industry awards such as Freshman Five and Blue Chip. Previously, Andrew was Managing Partner at Capstone Financial Partners from January 1999 to August 2011, achieving national acclaim as a master agency and consistently ranking among the top ten agencies with numerous awards from MassMutual. Andrew's career began at Landmark Communications as a Business Financial Sales Manager, where responsibilities included the development and management of a weekly business print publication. Andrew holds an MBA from the Raymond A. Mason School of Business at William & Mary and a Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia Tech.
