Jennifer Orzell is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in the actuarial field. Currently serving at MassMutual since August 2009, Jennifer holds multiple leadership roles, including Head of MMFA Strategic Finance, Head of Workplace Transformation, and Transformation Workstream Lead. Jennifer's previous positions include Vice President roles in Institutional and Workplace Solutions Product Marketing and Deployment, Workplace Product and PMO, and Pension Buyout, as well as Retirement Services Pricing. Prior to MassMutual, Jennifer worked at The Hartford from June 1995 to August 2009 as Assistant Vice President and Actuary in Institutional Investment Products. Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science from the University of Connecticut from 1991 to 1995.
