Rosemary Forster

Rosemary Forster, MBA, Prosci Change Practitioner, currently serves as Change Management Director for the Corporate Function PMO at MassMutual, leading organizational change management for the Program Management Office for Investments. Previously, at Manulife Investment Management, Rosemary held multiple roles, including Learning Consultant and Organizational Readiness, where the focus was on developing comprehensive learning strategies and ensuring readiness for business transformation initiatives. Rosemary's earlier experience at State Street included positions as Vice President in Learning Services and Fund Administration, where responsibilities encompassed training solutions and strategic enablement for the Fund Administration Department. Rosemary holds a BA in Economics from Fairfield University and an MBA from Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School.
