Rajeev Grover

Rajeev Grover is currently a Non-Executive and Independent Director at Mastek. Rajeev has previously served as the Global Head of Operations for Mercer, Asia-Pacific Outsourcing & GBS Leader for Hewitt Associates, and Director/Head of India for FIS.

Rajeev has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources and Operations. Rajeev is responsible for global Operations & driving Operational strategy & excellence across multiple lines of business (Talent, Health, Retirement & Investments) represented by over 9000 colleagues in over 25 countries including shared services centers spread across India, Poland, Portugal, China and Ireland. Rajeev has also led Hewitt Associates' HR Outsourcing business spread primarily across India, China and South-East Asia - transforming the business and driving profitable growth along with significant operating income improvement. In addition, they have also been in charge of Global Business Services for the Asia-Pacific region covering Real Estate, Procurement, Security & Risk management and IT.

Rajeev has a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Delhi University and is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Rajeev Grover has a background in strategic thinking and management for competitive advantage from The Wharton School, chartered accountancy from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and company secretary from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Rajeev also has a bachelor's degree in commerce and accounting from Shri Ram College of Commerce, as well as high school degrees from Delhi Public School, Mathura Road, New Delhi and Montfort School, New Delhi. In addition, they are certified in Vedic Astrology from Future Point Pvt Ltd., and holds certifications from the All India Federation of Astrologers' Societies in Jyotish Shastracharya, Jyotish Prabhakar, and Jyotish Bhushan.
