Training Manager at Master Spas

Adam Hughes has extensive experience in training, production management, and educational instruction. Currently serving as Training Manager at Master Spas since July 2019, Adam focuses on employee growth through new hire orientation and professional development initiatives. Prior roles at Master Spas included Production Manager, overseeing safety and quality in the Acrylic Spas division, and Production Line Manager, where Adam coordinated production flow. Before joining Master Spas, Adam was a Job Training Instructor at The Crossing Education Center, assisting struggling high school students in acquiring valuable skills for future employment. Adam's background also includes experience as a Family Consultant at Lifeline Youth & Family Services, teaching essential life skills to families. Adam holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Bible/Biblical Studies and Counseling from Grace College & Seminary.
