Master Spas
Chet Skiles possesses extensive experience in quality management and engineering, beginning as a CNC Mill Programmer/Operator at D&J Tool from August 1992 to May 2009, where responsibilities included programming and operating CNC mills and machining with manual equipment. Chet progressed to various quality roles at C&A Tool Engineering, Inc. from November 2011 to May 2021, serving as Quality Supervisor, Quality Engineer, and Quality Inspector. Following this, Chet worked as a Quality Inspector at Avalign Technologies from June 2021 to October 2022, before assuming the role of Quality Technician at Master Spas in October 2022. Additionally, Chet owned and managed the Chain O Lakes Camp Store from May 2009 to November 2011.

Master Spas is based in Fort Wayne, Indiana, 90 miles northeast of Indianapolis. Operating out of a state-of-the-art, 530,000-square-foot manufacturing facility on a 36-acre manufacturing campus, Master Spas is the largest swim spa manufacturer in the world, and largest portable hot tub manufacturer that makes 100% of our product in the USA.
