Chris Lampley

Chris Lampley serves as the Senior Manager of HR Technology at MasterBrand, Inc., overseeing the strategy and administration of the Workday platform since January 2024. With extensive experience at Alcon from 2005 to 2023, Chris held various roles, including HRIT Service Delivery Manager, where responsibilities included implementing Workday systems for 22,000 associates globally, and Senior Manager of Talent Management, focusing on integrated talent management solutions and leadership development programs. Earlier roles encompassed managing SAP HRIS implementations, global compensation processes, and enhancing employee onboarding and development initiatives. Chris holds a Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from The University of Akron and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from St. Olaf College.
