Previously, Mary held the position of Attorney at Cassidy Law PLLC, providing clients with solutions for regulatory and compliance matters. An extensive background includes roles at Coherent Corp. as Corporate Compliance Consultant, Associate General Counsel & Vice President of Global Compliance, and Assistant General Counsel & Director of Global Compliance, where Mary supervised teams and advanced the company’s global compliance initiatives. Earlier experience includes serving as Counsel & Corporate Compliance Manager at CB&I and as Senior Associate Attorney at Baker Donelson, advising corporate clients on international trade and compliance matters. Mary holds a Master of Public Policy from Harris School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago and a Juris Doctor from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University.
