Emrys Schoemaker is a Senior Research Director at Caribou Digital, specializing in research and strategy for digital technologies in emerging markets, including digital identity and financial services. Concurrently, Emrys holds visiting fellow positions at Cornell Tech and The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), focusing on social agriculture and humanitarianism respectively. Emrys is also involved with the Alan Turing Institute and Modular Open Source Identity Platform (MOSIP) as a member of technical working groups, advising on trusted digital identity systems and open-source standards.
