Olayinka E. currently serves as the Global Head of Internal Communication at Mastercard Foundation and has been in this role since January 2021. Additionally, Olayinka is the Global Lead for Internal Communications at the same organization and has been the Board Chair at The Comms Avenue since January 2023. As Executive Director of KG Arjis Ltd since July 2016, Olayinka oversees company operations. Previous roles include Chief Values/Communications Officer at Values Amplified, Head of Corporate Communications at Guinness Nigeria, and Marketing and Communications Manager for Dimension Data in West Africa. With a strong educational background, Olayinka holds a PgDip in Public Relations from Manchester Metropolitan University and a BA (Hons) in Business Administration from Coventry University.
