Fred Budd

Fred Budd is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in enterprise security architecture, cloud security, and infrastructure planning. Currently serving as Vice President of Enterprise Security Architecture and Innovation and Vice President of Cloud Security at Mastercard since August 2018, Fred has built a strong track record in the field. Prior roles include Executive Director at Reinsurance Group of America, where responsibilities encompassed Technical Solutions Planning & Engineering and Data Center Services, and various leadership positions at Monsanto, WilTel Communications, and Williams Communications. Fred began a career in security as a Senior Security Analyst at MasterCard International, culminating in a robust background in information security and strategic architecture. Fred holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
