Ipsita Tripathy

Ipsita Tripathy is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as the Marketing Director for South Asia at Mastercard since January 2025. Previously, Ipsita held multiple roles at Mastercard Data & Services from June 2020 to January 2025, including Director/Senior Managing Consultant, and Managing Consultant with Mastercard Advisors. Ipsita's prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Digital Marketing at YES BANK, where responsibilities included overseeing the implementation of the Adobe Marketing Suite and managing various digital marketing initiatives. Additionally, Ipsita worked as Group Head of Marketing for Foods at Future Consumer Limited, and held several marketing positions at Axis Bank, contributing to social media strategies and new product launches. Ipsita holds an MBA in International Business - Marketing from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology.
