Lourdes Maldonado

Lourdes Maldonado is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in compliance and legal counsel across various regions. Currently serving as Vice President and Senior Managing Counsel for Global Compliance in North America at Mastercard, Lourdes has also held senior roles in compliance for Latin America and the Caribbean, and has acted as Regional Legal Counsel for Mexico and Central America. Prior to Mastercard, Lourdes was Legal Counsel for Mexico at Oracle and began their career as a Junior Associate at Hogan Lovells México. Lourdes holds a Master’s Degree in Comparative Jurisprudence from New York University School of Law and a Graduate Specialization Degree as a Notary Public in Civil and Corporate Law from Universidad de Guanajuato.
