Rachael Edwards MCIPD is an accomplished Talent Acquisition Leader with extensive experience in the financial and consulting sectors. Currently serving as the Vice President and Head of Talent Acquisition for Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Africa at Mastercard since January 2020, Rachael is responsible for leading the talent acquisition team and implementing effective hiring practices to attract top talent.
