Ray Narine

Ray Narine is an accomplished HR executive with extensive experience in talent management, organizational effectiveness, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Currently serving as Vice President at Mastercard, Ray focuses on People Business Partner strategies within People & Capability and DEI. As Senior Faculty at the Josh Bersin Academy and Founding Member of nFormation, a unique community for women of color, Ray also demonstrates a commitment to empowering diverse talent.
