Svitlana Repina, CFA, is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as Manager of the Management Associate Program at Mastercard since August 2023, following a tenure as an MBA Summer Associate in Product Management focusing on Open Banking, Multirail, and Buy Now Pay Later initiatives. Prior experience includes over three years at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) as an Associate Banker, where notable achievements include securing a EUR 25M senior debt deal and leading a $90M trade finance deal, along with receiving the “EBRD Outstanding Performance 2020 Award.” Svitlana began their career at EY as a Senior Consultant in Valuation and Business Modelling, where significant contributions included developing a financial model to restructure $100M in bank debts for a major Ukrainian retailer.
