Likith M Kumar

Likith M Kumar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business operations and growth strategies. Currently serving as Chief of Staff - Business & Growth at MasterChow since February 2024, Likith leads regional businesses and new initiatives in the South and West, while previously holding the role of Chief of Staff where responsibilities included driving revenue, setting up offline distribution, and managing critical projects. Prior to MasterChow, Likith was a Senior Business Consultant at HEX Advisory Group and co-founded Crispy Bells Foods, focusing on corporate catering. A background in engineering is supported by roles at Textron Aviation as a Systems Safety Engineer and Project Intern at CSIR - National Aerospace Laboratories. Likith holds a PGP in Technology and Business Management from Masters' Union and a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore University.
