Shira Steinberg

Shira Steinberg is an experienced professional with a diverse background in employee experience, program management, and customer service. Since March 2019, Shira has held various positions at MasterClass, including Associate Program Manager for L&D and DEI, Employee Experience Lead, and Office Coordinator. Prior to this, Shira managed the flagship store of Spicer on 3rd, overseeing sales, inventory, and social media marketing. Experience also includes working as a Special Education Paraprofessional with the San Francisco Unified School District and as a Key Holder at DAVIDsTEA, where training and customer service were key responsibilities. Shira holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from the University of San Francisco.
