Isa Schlünder

Isa Schlünder has a diverse range of work experience across various industries and roles.

They currently work at sustenient as a Podcast Host, starting in May 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Masterplan.com, starting in February 2020. At Masterplan.com, they held two roles: Senior Customer Enablement Manager, which they are currently in, and Digital Learning Consultant (Customer Success) from February 2020 to August 2022.

Before joining Masterplan.com, Isa co-founded Tanzguru UG in February 2019 and served as the Managing Director. They also participated in the STARTPLATZ Accelerator as an Accelerator StartUp from May 2019 to November 2019.

In terms of their earlier work experience, Isa worked at Wavemaker Germany as an Account-Manager from May 2016 to October 2018. Prior to this, they were a Trainee - Account Management at Wavemaker Germany from May 2015 to April 2016.

Isa also has experience working at EF Education First as a Sales Manager from October 2013 to April 2015, as an Account Manager at bloxx media from April 2013 to September 2013, and as a Business Development Intern at Siemens Energy from March 2011 to August 2011.

Their earliest work experience was gained through internships at Schott Solar. They worked as a Power Projects Finance & Structuring Intern from February 2011 to February 2011 and as a Marketing Intern (CRM) from September 2010 to January 2011.

Isa Schlünder completed a Master's of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Strategic Marketing from Maastricht University in the year 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Tecnológico de Monterrey in 2010. From 2007 to 2010, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in International Business at Maastricht University. In August 2020, Isa obtained a certification in "Grundlagen der Digitalisierung" from Masterplan.com.
